This excellent session featured luminaries from across the industry – both UK and international - discussing the future of market research. Simon’s thoughtful input ensured the audience heard a wide range of views, with plenty of contribution from the floor, and also drew in key themes from the previous day’s lively workshop on whether Survey Research would be dead by 2020.
